GE Hosts Panel Discussion and Networking Event in Houston, TX

 

On Wednesday, April 24th, Houston Mentors and Protégés gathered for a panel discussion and networking event at GE Oil and Gas in Houston, TX. Panelists gave their insights on the benefits of networking and shared personal experiences from their varied career and industry backgrounds.

Featured panelists included Loretta Carter (Regional Education Director at HCA), Christopher Corwin (HR Director at Oxy Oil and Gas), Adam Maclay (Financial Analysis Manager at Alcoa Oil and Gas), and Marc Ortiz (VP of Operations at Goldman Sachs).

Veteran Protégé William Tubman, E-4 with the US Army said of the event, “The ACP Networking conference was very informative and the panelists did an excellent job giving insight and sharing a human resource perspective, resume tips and more.
