Deloitte hosts Panel Discussion and Speed Networking Session for DC area Protégés

On Wednesday, April 19, approximately 50 ACP Protégés gathered at Deloitte’s office in Arlington, Virginia for a panel discussion and networking event. The panel, entitled From Uniform to Uncertainty: Perspectives on Transitioning to Private Sector Consulting, featured Deloitte leaders who successfully transitioned from the military to the consulting field.

The panelists included Jeff Goff, Senior Consultant, U.S. Marine Corps; Patrick Labbe, Senior Consultant, U.S. Air Force; Steve Murray, Specialist Master, Federal Practice, U.S. Navy; Christine Nay, Manager, Federal Strategy and Operations, U.S. Navy; Sean Quigley, Specialist Master, Strategic Risk Solutions, U.S.Navy and John Wolsborn, Senior Manager, U.S. Army, as moderator.

After the panel, veteran attendees participated in a speed networking session with multiple Deloitte leaders where they were given the opportunity to practice elevator pitches and receive feedback. Following the session, participants put the feedback they’d just received into practice during a networking reception.

ACP would like to thank Deloitte's Kevin Delli-Colli and John Wolsborn for organizing a wonderful evening.
