ACP is excited to have teamed up with Ilene O'Donnell, the Senior HR Business Partner with UPS I.T. for our July workshop. During the presentation, Ilene removed the mysteries of interviewing. As an HR professional, she's led hundreds of interviews. She shared the dos, the don'ts, and all the basics you need to know from the time you arrive on site through following up after.
Ilene O'Donnell currently works in the Human Resources department at UPS I.T. as a Senior HR Business Partner and job modeling subject matter expert. Ilene has worked with UPS since 2011, and has been working in HR for her entire professional career. In addition to roles as an HR Business Partner, Ilene has experience in organizational development, learning and development, and talent acquisition. Ilene holds an MBA with a concentration in Human Resource Management and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology. On a personal note, Ilene has two children, two dogs, and is a volunteer EMT.
