ACP Women’s Program April Workshop: Confidence and Rejection in Corporate America

ACP's Women's Program continued its professional development series with an April workshop titled "Confidence and Rejection in corporate America." The call was led by ACP Mentor Terri Clark, and focused on the important differences between corporate America and the military. Key themes included the less predictable environment of corporate America and how to adapt, the importance of expressing your goals to superiors, and how rejection can be a positive force that builds resilience and confidence in the long run.
