ACP Presents: Women's Program - Rising Through the Ranks in Corporate America

On May 1st, ACP’s LinkedIn Live featured Wendy Herrick, Chief Digital and Customer Experience Officer at Unilever. With a career spanning more than three decades at Unilever, Wendy shared her perspective on what it took to grow within a company and step into greater leadership over time. She offered practical advice on advocating for yourself, building credibility, and preparing for promotion conversations. The discussion included strategies particularly relevant for women looking to advance in traditionally male-dominated spaces.
