Tom Ruppel is a senior financial services advisor specializing in enterprise risk, data management & digital transformation.  The arc of his career is investment banking and capital markets at J.P. Morgan, hedge fund management and, most recently, commercial banking at PNC Financial Services.  The focus of his career has been the operating side of risk management and the business side of the technology interface. 

He views his ACP mentorships as an honor and a privilege and is excited to explore career directions in financial services and other sectors. In addition to this work, Tom is a firefighter with the Fox Chapel Volunteer Fire Department and secretary of its Relief Association.  He is also a volunteer for Habitat for Humanity (which he highly recommends.)  He has an MBA from Harvard and a BA in Government and Asian Studies from Hamilton College.  He lives in the Pittsburgh area with his wife Jill and Zeke, a dog of uncertain origin but high energy.
