Patricia Haas Cleveland is an independent consultant with more than 35 years of experience in finance, having served in senior roles at the US Treasury in Washington DC, the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development in London, Lehman Brothers in London and New York, and Citigroup in New York. She has held numerous global leadership roles, establishing and managing corporate divisions and businesses, with particular expertise in capital markets as well as finance and strategy. More recently, she served as Financial Advisor to the Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank pre-launch in Beijing, and has advised early stage tech start-ups, including Artsy, the world’s largest on-line art platform founded by her son. Patricia has served on multiple advisory boards, including Lehman Brothers companies in Asia and Europe, and the Johns Hopkins Advisory Councils in Washington, Bologna and Nanjing. She is a member of the Cosmos Club in Washington and also continues to pursue a life-long interest in the art world.
