Karen brings 30+ years of financial and organizational/leadership development experience to her Executive Coaching consultancy practice. With significant experience in financial services, consulting, information and media/publishing sectors, Karen brings her business acumen, manager of high performing teams, and revenue producer mindset to her client base. Her prior leadership positions have been with Bank of Montreal/Harris Bank, Bankers Trust, McGraw-Hill/S&P Global and Interactive Data Corporation. Karen's area of expertise is high stakes communications. Her client base includes Fortune 500 corporations, not-for-profit companies and individuals. She has facilitated and moderated numerous panels and, as guest speaker, has spoken on career challenges facing the business professional today. She appeared on Fox Business Network as a contributor to a career segment on Unemployment Bias and has been quoted in a variety of professional publications.

Karen is a member of numerous professional organizations and has held advisory Board positions with leading business schools and consulting start-ups. She earned her M.B.A. from The Simmons Graduate School of Management and a B.A. undergraduate degree from Syracuse University with dual majors in music and liberal arts. When not helping her clients 'move from high potential to high impact', Karen is an active singer with the New York Choral Society (and has sung at the Grammy's and toured in >10 international countries), photographer and animal rescue volunteer.
