Women’s Veteran Mentoring Program Conference Call with Anne Perschel

ACP’s first professional development series launched this fall as part of the Women’s Veteran Mentoring Program. The October conference call, lead by ACP Mentor Anne Perschel focused on bridging the confidence gap and navigating power dynamics. The hour-long call touched on communication strategies, how to be an effective team member and leader, and how to find and build confidence.

The professional development series will continue with a November presentation centered on the value of mentorship for women veterans and their corporate Mentors.
