On October 17th, ACP was joined by Vanguard for an inside look at the company's culture and hiring strategies, navigating the corporate environment after the military, and why Vanguard is an excellent choice for Veterans transitioning from their military careers. Vanguard is the largest provider of mutual funds and the second-largest provider of exchange-traded funds. Vanguard's mission is to transform an industry through collaboration and commitment, and together, we can make a difference.

The panel featured three Vanguard speakers: Ashley Reese, Dru Johnson, and Justin DelVecchio. Ashley is the Early Talent Attraction Lead at Vanguard. Justin is a U.S. Marine Corps Veteran and currently works at Vanguard as an Application Engineer. Dru is a U.S. Air Force Veteran and currently works at Vanguard as an HR Business Partner and Regional HR Lead. Each panelist provided insights into the various benefits, learning and development opportunities, and the advantages for career development and relationship building within the company. The event was followed by a Q&A.
