On October 10th, ACP hosted an HR Symposium with CMC, Sensata Technologies, and Wells Fargo for an inside look at how to navigate the industry and different ways to become a competitive candidate. The panel featured Brian Armstrong, U.S. Marine Corps Veteran and Head of Military Recruitment at Wells Fargo; Krista Allan, Vice President of Global Talent at Sensata Technologies; and Clint King, Senior Director of Human Resources at Commercial Metals Company. They discussed the importance of employee engagement, Veteran Resource Groups, partnership building, and company values. The event concluded with a live Q&A session with the virtual audience.
