ACP Presents: Careers in Manufacturing at Johnson Controls

The panel featured four guest speakers from Johnson Controls: Noelle DuBois, Talent Acquisition Program Manager and Military Spouse; Gilda McCaskey, Operations Excellence Manager and U.S. Air Force Veteran; Stephen Roberts, Maintenance and Tools of JCI Norman and U.S. Army Veteran; and Rodrigo Quint, Program Manager of Military and Talent Acquisition and U.S. Army Veteran. Each panelist provided insightful feedback on hiring processes, certifications, and the information required to be a strong candidate. They also dedicated the panel to various career pathways that can help get one's foot in the door and achieve career growth. The event concluded with a live Q&A session with the virtual audience.
