ACP's Career Blueprint: Breaking Barriers | Women Leading in Male-Dominated Fields
On March 5th, ACP hosted an engaging and inspiring Women’s History Month webinar! The panel featured speakers Christa O’Brien, PMP, Chief of Staff at Northrop Grumman, and Cameron Drinkwater, Chief Product Officer at S&P Dow Jones Indices. They shared their stories, discussed the obstacles they’ve overcome, and offered best practices for women aspiring to succeed in the corporate world. The discussion focused on highlighting different leadership styles, exploring growth opportunities, strategic planning and the benefits of receiving constructive feedback and networking with people in leadership roles. The webinar concluded with a Q&A session.
