Christian Horton has been an outstanding addition to the ACP Mentoring Program and an example of what this initiative is designed to achieve. From our very first session, he has approached this relationship as a deep, collaborative partnership. Christian continuously drives our conversations toward long-term, high-level leadership development. Professionally, Christian’s drive and technical acumen are impressive. He works as a Network Engineer at The Nakupuna Companies, where he earned an “Exceeds” rating in every performance category for 2025. Demonstrating an excellent work ethic, he has completed more than 60% of his B.S. in Cloud and Network Engineering since starting the ACP program and has earned 14 industry certifications over the last 24 months.
Furthermore, as a Staff Sergeant in the Air National Guard, his leadership was demonstrated in an international setting when he managed mission-critical tactical communications for more than 600 multinational clients during Exercise Southern Vanguard 2025. Christian’s unique blend of military discipline, rapid technical advancement, and dedication to holistic professional growth makes him a standout Protégé whom I am proud to mentor.
