As Andrea’s Operations Associate, I’ve had the pleasure of watching her fully embrace the ACP mentorship experience with enthusiasm and purpose. From the start, she approached the mentorship with professionalism, curiosity, and a genuine desire to grow. Andrea built a strong and authentic relationship with her Mentor, David, engaging in thoughtful conversations and consistently seeking new perspectives that would help her strengthen both personally and professionally.
What stands out most about Andrea is her openness—her willingness to step outside her comfort zone, reflect on feedback, and apply what she’s learned in meaningful ways. Not every mentorship is about finding a new job, and Andrea’s experience is a great reminder of that.
