I have had the pleasure and am still having the pleasure of working with Nathan Kreiser to support his transition to the next chapter of his life. He has approached all of our discussions in a very open and professional manner. He shared his professional and life journey with me, which helped us to develop a vision for the future. He always came to each of our discussions fully prepared and with an open mind as we were considering different opportunities and approaches. Nathan also helped to define the goals of each of our subsequent discussions, and we both worked to complete our respective “homework” assignments. Nathan is very organized, and did an outstanding job at thinking through his potential future paths, which enabled our discussions.
Nathan and I were both committed to developing a relationship that wasn’t just focused on finding a job or even a career, but was really focused on working together to develop a viable future to support a successful transition. Ultimately, due to Nathan’s efforts and commitments, he not only earned one job offer from his number one choice, but he earned two job offers! He is truly most deserving. He is an outstanding person, and I know that he will be successful!
Like a lot of things in life, to successfully accomplish something and to increase the chances of obtaining your goals, all people involved must be committed and engaged. Nathan defines both of these traits completely. His focus and commitment is a testament to hard work, and is a terrific role model for others. Congratulations Nathan!
