Working with Erick has been exceptional from the beginning. We established goals, created plans, and followed through effectively. Erick consistently demonstrates an open-minded approach and brings specific examples and questions to our meetings. I also want to extend my thanks to Erick for taking the time to travel to Hoboken and attend Unilever’s Veteran’s Day panel in person. His participation was highly valued, and our audience greatly appreciated his experiences, insights, and examples. Although our official yearlong mentorship has concluded, we intend to stay connected to continue learning from each other.
