Jade Sembric, US Army Reserve
Author Wallace D. Wattles once said, “The very best thing you can do for the whole world is to make the most of yourself.” It has been a joy and privilege to mentor someone who truly lives by these words.
Over the past few months, I have had the honor of mentoring Jade Sembric through the ACP Mentorship Program. From day one, I’ve been impressed by Jade’s tenacity, can-do attitude, and relentless desire to learn, grow, and challenge herself.
As a mom, reservist, and veteran, Jade brings a unique blend of perspective and precision—able to see the “fifty-foot view” while maintaining an incredible attention to detail. She consistently looks for ways to improve processes and outcomes, often anticipating needs before they’re voiced and making the most out of limited resources.
Jade is a go-getter in every sense: scrappy, curious, and driven to grow. She asks smart, purposeful questions, sees possibilities rather than limits, and takes decisive action. These are the hallmarks of true leadership—qualities that inspire others, spark meaningful change, and leave a lasting impact.
I have no doubt that Jade will continue to thrive and lead with purpose and passion, and I look forward to seeing all the incredible things she will accomplish next.
