ACP’s Career Blueprint: Women’s Program – Strength & Resilience – Women Leaders in Transition

August 29, 2024

On August 29th, ACP hosted a special Women Veterans Program webinar, “Strength & Resilience: Women Leaders in Transition.” It was hosted by ACP’s Communications Manager, JR Williams, an Army Veteran, and Pamela Larson, a distinguished Army Veteran and Purple Heart medal recipient, now a successful lawyer.

Pamela and JR shared their unique insights and experiences to help women Veterans navigate their transition to civilian careers with resilience and leadership. Pamela discussed her journey from military service to the legal field, and offered practical advice on leveraging military skills in civilian roles, overcoming challenges, and building a successful civilian life. The panel showcased strategies for effective communication, personal branding, and networking to enhance your professional presence and opportunities.
