On September 29th, ACP hosted a Career Blueprint webinar focused on government contracting and the career opportunities it offers beyond traditional government roles. The session explored how leadership, problem-solving, and mission-focused skills developed through military service can translate into careers within the industry.

The session featured Steve Delahunty, CEO of Arcetyp, LLC, and Adjunct Instructor at Keuka College; Ray Lamas, Vice President and General Manager of North America at Loft Dynamics; and Dhavid Cayanan, President & CEO of ProVets Consulting Group, LLC. As former Service Members and ACP Mentors, they shared their perspectives on navigating the government contracting industry, identifying opportunities, translating military experience, and building a career beyond the uniform.

Attendees gained valuable insight into breaking into the government contracting industry and building a successful career by leveraging their military experience and skills.
