ACP’s Career Blueprint: Lessons from Women Entrepreneurs

March 24, 2026

On March 24th, ACP hosted a discussion in recognition of Women’s Month focused on the entrepreneurial journey and the mindset needed to build and grow a business. The session featured Monica Fullerton (Founder & CEO, Spouse-ly) and Susanne Cappendijk (Founder & President, EDsnaps), who shared insights from their experiences as founders and business leaders.

The speakers reflected on the often non-linear path to entrepreneurship, discussing the challenges that arise while building a business and the growth opportunities that can emerge from those experiences. They also highlighted the importance of mindset, resilience, and community support in turning ideas into successful ventures.

Attendees gained inspiration and practical strategies for pursuing entrepreneurship, along with valuable perspective on how founders can navigate obstacles and transform innovative ideas into meaningful impact.
