The panel featured Military Spouses and proud RTX employees; Brandi Carlton, serving as an F135 Aftermarket Planning & Strategy Specialist at Collins Aerospace; Rocio “Rosie” Kary, serving as a DEI Military Initiatives Program Manager at Raytheon; and Amanda Scott, serving as an Empowered Official, Global Trade Manager at Raytheon. They touched on different career pathways Military Spouses can explore and how to get their foot in the door. They highlighted different internal process improvements, networking tips and programs that help the entire military family within the company. The event concluded with a live Q&A session with the virtual audience.
