The panel featured three AECOM employees: Galen Cooter, Vice President of Safety, Health, and Environment; Patrick Havel, Senior Project Manager; and Matthew Pettis, Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist. They focused their discussion on career progression, transferable skill sets and military career pathways to explore when transitioning out of the military. The discussion was followed by a live Q&A session and concluded with transition tips.
