On October 16th, ACP hosted an exclusive webinar with UPS, a global leader in logistics, package delivery, and supply chain solutions, and one of the nation’s top employers of Veterans. With more than 18,000 Veterans employed across the organization, UPS continues to demonstrate its deep commitment to empowering Service Members and Military Spouses through meaningful career opportunities, community engagement, and a strong culture of support. The session featured insights from UPS Veterans and leaders who successfully transitioned from military service to corporate careers. Eric Wesolowski (Military and Veteran Recruiter, U.S. Marine Corps Veteran) provided an overview of UPS’s Veteran hiring initiatives and opportunities. He was joined by Susannah Mann (Industrial Engineer Supervisor, U.S. Army Veteran) and Maurice Joseph (Flow Planning Supervisor, U.S. Marine Corps Veteran), who shared their personal transition stories, advice on translating military experience into civilian success, and perspectives on UPS’s inclusive workplace culture. Attendees also received practical résumé and LinkedIn tips, learned about UPS’s Veteran engagement programs, and heard inspiring success stories from within the company. The event concluded with a live Q&A, offering participants the opportunity to connect directly with UPS representatives and gain valuable guidance on advancing their own career journeys.
