On July 17th, ACP hosted an exclusive “Inside Look” with CMC, a global leader in the recycling and manufacturing of steel and metal products. The session featured Sue Hunsberger, Area HR Manager, and Christian Fisher, Director of Operations, who shared insights into CMC’s operations and highlighted exciting career opportunities, including upcoming roles at their new steel mill in West Virginia. Headquartered in Irving, Texas, CMC delivers sustainable and innovative solutions for the construction sector, providing steel for infrastructure, commercial, residential, and industrial projects. Sue and Christian offered an inside perspective on the job search process, discussed career pathways and professional growth at CMC from a Veteran’s point of view, and provided valuable advice for those considering a future in manufacturing. This event gave attendees the chance to hear directly from experienced leaders and hiring managers passionate about Veteran recruitment and career development.
