On Thursday, March 20th ACP was joined by two program participants who discussed the value of their ACP mentorship. Viewers heard from Meg Schmitz, a small business owner and consultant, and Nina Copeland, a former Major (O-4) in the US Army. When Nina was preparing to leave the Army after a successful 18 year career, she turned to ACP to help chart her next steps and worked with Meg as her Mentor. The pair will discussed their own career journeys, and how mentorship is a powerful tool for women seeking to advance in the workplace.
