On March 14th, ACP was joined by Honeywell as they highlighted their company’s culture and hiring strategies. Honeywell, a Fortune 500 company, creates technologies and products across a variety of sectors, including building technology, performance materials, safety and productivity solutions and even aerospace products.
The panel featured three Honeywell employees: Robert Suarez, a U.S. Marine Corps Veteran and Senior Manager Talent Acquisition; William Grogan, serving as a service Manager in the Mountain Region of Building Automation, HVAC, Access Control, CCVT, Fire Safety for Honeywell; and Thomas Royer, U.S. Air Force Veteran and Technical Operations Manager – East Region at Honeywell Building Solutions.
They focused their discussion on career progression, transferable skill sets and military career pathways to explore transitioning out of the military. The discussion was followed by a live Q&A and concluded with transition tips.
