ACP Presents: Launching Your Career – Empowering Your Path in Banking With BMO

June 13, 2024

On June 13th, ACP and BMO hosted a webinar offering an inside look at BMO’s lines of business, transcending traditional banking to embrace a realm of possibilities and how you can find your next career beyond the uniform. BMO is a leading North American bank, the 8th largest by assets. They provide personal, commercial and investment banking services to over 13 million customers. BMO is committed to recruiting, developing and retaining their Veteran workforce, which is why they were named a 2024 VETS Indexes 4 Star Employer.

The panel featured BMO employees: Thomas Brickley, Managing Director; Michael Foster, Senior Talent Acquisition; Andrea Franzen; Phyllis Milia, Vice President Senior Recruitment Partner; Max Molloy, Sponsor Fund Lending; and Annette Wynne, U.S. Veterans Advisory Council ERG – National Co-Chair. The panelists discussed personal experiences stepping into banking, project management, human resources and programs that helped them leverage their skills. The event concluded with a live Q&A session with the virtual audience.
