On July 14th, ACP hosted an exclusive webinar with Public Consulting Group (PCG) focused on helping transitioning Service Members, Veterans, and Active-Duty Military Spouses navigate civilian career opportunities within the public sector consulting industry. As a leading public sector consulting firm, PCG shared how its work supports health, education, and human services programs while offering meaningful, mission-driven careers.
The session featured Guy Reynolds (Director of Talent Acquisition, Veteran, and Founder and Current Advisor of the Public Consulting Group Military Resource Group) and Kim Magoon (Evaluation Manager, Military Spouse, and Chair of the Military Network EPIC Group), who discussed PCG’s workplace culture, Veteran and Military Spouse hiring initiatives, and opportunities available through the organization’s SkillBridge program. They also provided a behind-the-scenes look at the hiring process, answered common questions about the application system, and shared practical strategies for standing out as a candidate.
Attendees gained valuable insight into career opportunities at PCG, expanded their understanding of the consulting industry, and learned actionable techniques to strengthen their job search and confidently pursue mission-driven careers in the public sector.
