On September 24th, ACP and CoStar Group hosted an insightful webinar exploring pathways into CoStar, a global leader in commercial real estate information, analytics, and online marketplaces. The event highlighted tailored opportunities for Veterans and Military Spouses transitioning to civilian careers. Attendees learned about CoStar’s inclusive culture, learning programs and DEI efforts that support career growth.
The webinar featured CoStar Group employees Kevin Dobbins, Vice President of DEI, Employee Relations, and Talent Management; Addison Hagan, Marine Corps Veteran and Senior Sales Executive at Ten-X; Todd Gladis, Army Veteran and Senior Director, Head of Auction Events at Ten-X; and David Porter, Vice President of Research. The panelists shared their experiences transitioning from the military to civilian careers, discussed career progression within the company and highlighted the importance of having the right support. The session concluded with an engaging Q&A.
