On September 17th, ACP and Lockheed Martin teamed up for the third installment of their “Continuing the Mission” series. This segment focused on the company’s various programs, interview guides for each department and strategies for getting your foot in the door. The panel featured key employees including Carlos Arcila (Enterprise Military Relations Manager), Samantha Domingo (Military Relations Talent Programs Lead), Ray Jokie (Military Relations Lead, Program Manager, Talent Acquisition) and Kristin Martinez (Military Relations Lead, Aeronautics Talent Acquisition).

They discussed current hiring trends, innovative ways to translate military skills to the private sector and key strategies to stand out during the hiring process. The panel concluded with a live Q&A with the virtual audience.
