On April 3rd, ACP was joined by CSX for a discussion on careers in the railroad industry. CSX, a freight railroad company operating 21,000 miles of track across the US, was actively searching for talent across various sectors. They offered a wide range of opportunities for positions within project management, logistics, and tech. CSX team members Senior Talent Advisor, Brian Morgan, MBA, SHRM-SCP, and Lead Senior Product Manager, Eric Grabill, shared insights into opportunities in the railroad industry. Brian and Eric also discussed their experiences transitioning to the civilian world and shared some of their top tips for transitioning service members.
