Led by our Chief Operating Officer, Rich Comitz, this session promises to be an informative experience on the history of ACP and where we are today. We will later be joined by an exceptional mentor, Fran Sharp, who is in her 11th year with ACP. Fran has been with Bloomberg Financial for over 30 years – prior to that her background was in media and she started out as a special needs teacher. She is a graduate of the University of Southern California and a Kansas City, Missouri native. Her dad was in the Army, her brother in the Air Force, she is a Marine widow and she believes that the integrity and work ethic of the military is amazing. “It has been a pleasure to get to know so many amazing people in this mentoring process. Each person is unique and learning about them, their lives, their families and their hopes and dreams brings a sense of being a part of the great good out there.” She currently handles global contractors and loves a challenge. During this call, we will delve into ways to become a better mentor. Fran will share stories of success and failure, and we will open up for some questions at the end.
