UBS Hosts Personal Branding and Networking Event for ACP Participants in New York City

 

On Wednesday, August 19, 2015, approximately 75 ACP Protégés and UBS professionals gathered at UBS facilities in New York City for a workshop titled Social Media 101 - Optimizing Your LinkedIn Profile.

The evening began with opening remarks by UBS Head of Community Affairs and Executive Communications, Lori Feinsilver, and continued with discussions from Bob McCann, UBS President of Wealth Management Americas, and Col. David Sutherland. A team from LinkedIn provided a stimulating presentation highlighting the importance of personal branding during a career search and offered creative tips for crafting an effective LinkedIn profile. The workshop concluded with closing remarks from Paul Hatch, UBS Head of Advice and Solutions. Later in the evening, a professional photographer was available for free head-shots and guests had the opportunity to network over light refreshments.
