ACP Women's Program September Workshop: Serving up Feedback, One BITE at a Time

ACP Women's Program teamed up with Liberty Mutual Mentor and Lead at Any Level founder Amy C. Waninger for our September professional development series workshop Serving up Feedback, One BITE at a Time. An experienced manager, Amy discussed her experiences in both giving and receiving positive and constructive feedback by demonstrating her four step BITE process that helps to create meaningful dialogue. She highlighted the importance of reinforcing your relationships through positive, sincere feedback given in a private and timely manner. When giving constructive feedback, Amy provided examples on how you can offer redirection through providing specific information focused on the undesirable behavior and its impact, while making sure to provide context on how to improve moving forward.
