Deciding on the right career field to pursue is a major undertaking, so be prepared to spend a good deal of time on the process. Think critically about the type of position and atmosphere you would enjoy. ACP recommends completing the Career Assessment & Objectives Questionnaire before your first meeting with your Mentor. You should review it together to help narrow down your fields of interest. Once you have decided on the career direction you would like to take, finding a job becomes much easier. Your ACP Mentor can act as a resource and a sounding board during this time.
