We are excited to introduce Richard Gengler for our summer Veteran Spotlight! Each quarter, a current Protégé or Alumnus will describe how his or her mentorship has helped the transition into civilian life. Richard tells us about his experience:

"My mentorship through ACP has been an incredible experience. Scott is one of the most interesting and unique people I have ever met, and his wisdom and experience have been instrumental in helping me navigate my small start –up over the last year. Scott and I were able to communicate regularly throughout the mentorship program, and his knowledge he has helped me navigate many of the challenges I have had during this critical time in our development. It is also extremely helpful from a personal level to have someone that you know you can call on when you need help, and I have grown very accustomed to being able to reach out to him whenever difficult issues arise. So much so in fact that I am honored to now call Scott one of my friends and look forward to continuing our friendship long after the formal program is complete."

Richard Gengler was a Pilot in the US Navy for over nine years. Rich has built upon his leadership experience in the Navy as a Lieutenant Commander into his new civilian role as founder and CEO of Vets Prevail.
