You should be able to communicate who you are and what you value, as well as your skills, talents, and limitations. ACP encourages Protégés to complete the Career Assessment & Objectives Questionnaire at the onset of the mentorship. This questionnaire is useful for identifying goals and objectives to achieve during the mentorship.
